POSITION: Youth Workers
STATUS: 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Youth Worker positions available in both Milwaukee and Waukesha area. Candidates will provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to "at-risk" male adolescents in a group care settings in all areas of daily living and community involvement. Youth Worker positions require 24 hours of staff development per calendar year in addition to First Aid, CPR including AED, and Fire Safety training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of full-time experience working in a group care setting with at-risk adolescent population.
• Or training in caring for children or youth.
• Or certification as a child and youth care worker.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with good driving record required.
• Over 21 years of age.
