The following positions are currently available: POSITION: Youth Workers (Milwaukee & Waukesha) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Youth Worker positions available in Milwaukee and Waukesha area. Candidate will provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to "at-risk" male adolescents in a group care settings in all areas of daily living and community involvement. Youth Worker positions require 24 hours of staff development per calendar year in addition to First Aid, CPR including AED, and Fire Safety training. STATUS: FULL TIME, Waukesha: 40 hours per week, 2nd shift STATUS: FULL TIME RELIEF, Milwaukee & Waukesha: 40 hours per week, 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts (Location and shift varies on the program's need of coverage). Must be willing to travel to Waukesha. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of full-time experience working in a group care setting with at-risk adolescent population, Or training in caring for children or youth, Or certification as a child and youth care worker. Valid Wisconsin driver's license with good driving record required. Over 21 years of age.
